Terms of Sale

Thank you for purchasing from DRL Productions! Please review the following terms and conditions, which govern all sales of physical and digital products.
1. Definitions 1.1 "Seller" refers to DRL Productions 1.2 "Buyer" refers to the individual or entity purchasing the physical and digital products. 1.3 "Products" refer to the physical and digital videos, photographs, artwork, media, creative content, etc.. sold by the Seller.
2. Orders 2.1 All orders are subject to availability. In the event an order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will notify the Buyer and provide options for a refund or replacement. 2.2 The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order. The Seller is not liable for errors or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer.
3. Payment Terms 3.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 3.2 Accepted payment methods include forms of payment accepted through Stripe at the time of purchase. 3.3 All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping and Delivery 4.1 The Seller will use reasonable efforts to ship Products within the estimated time frame. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on location and other factors. 4.2 The Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may apply to international shipments.
5. Returns and Refunds 5.1 Due to the custom nature of printed photographs, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the Product arrives damaged or defective. 5.2 In the event of damage or defects, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 7 days of receiving the Product. Proof of damage or defects (e.g., photographs) may be required. 5.3 If a return or replacement is approved, the Seller will provide instructions for the return process.
6. Ownership and Use 6.1 The Seller retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the photographs. Purchase of the Products does not grant the Buyer any rights to reproduce, distribute, or use the photographs for commercial purposes. 6.2 The Products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of the Products. 7.2 The Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products.
8. Governing Law 8.1 These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of California. 8.2 Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Stanislaus County Superior Court, Modesto, California.
9. Changes to Terms 9.1 The Seller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Seller’s website or other communication to the Buyer.
